Al-Hafiz Computers ships products across Pakistan.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day after confirmation.
  • Orders are dispatched through trusted courier partners.
  • Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days depending on location.

Shipping Charges

  • Flat shipping rate: PKR 350 per order.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan.
  • A minimum advance payment of PKR 500 is required to confirm every COD order.
  • Remaining amount is payable upon delivery.

Delivery Delays

Delivery times may be affected by weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.


Return & Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will assist with a replacement.

Eligible Returns

Products may be eligible for replacement if:

  • Item is defective upon arrival.
  • Wrong product was delivered.
  • Product is significantly different from the description.

Return Window

  • Claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • Product must be unused and returned in original packaging with all accessories.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Incorrect order placed by customer.
  • Physical damage caused after delivery.
  • Water damage, burns, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Products without original packaging.

Unboxing Video Requirement

For damage, missing accessories, or wrong product claims, customers must provide a complete unboxing video recorded from package opening until product inspection.

Refunds are only offered when:

  • Replacement stock is unavailable.
  • Order was paid but cannot be fulfilled.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued through bank transfer or the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Charges

  • Shipping fees.
  • COD handling charges.
  • Charges incurred due to customer refusal after shipment dispatch.
