Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1 business day after confirmation.
- Orders are dispatched through trusted courier partners.
- Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days depending on location.
Shipping Charges
- Flat shipping rate: PKR 350 per order.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan.
- A minimum advance payment of PKR 500 is required to confirm every COD order.
- Remaining amount is payable upon delivery.
Delivery Delays
Delivery times may be affected by weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Return & Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will assist with a replacement.
Eligible Returns
Products may be eligible for replacement if:
- Item is defective upon arrival.
- Wrong product was delivered.

Return Window
- Claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Unboxing Video Requirement
For damage, missing accessories, or wrong product claims, customers must provide a complete unboxing video recorded from package opening until product inspection.

- Replacement stock is unavailable.
- Order was paid but cannot be fulfilled.

- Refunds are issued through bank transfer or the original payment method.
